AD/CV: China Magnesium, Belgium Steel Plate in Coils
The International Trade Administration has issued its preliminary results of the following antidumping and countervailing administrative reviews:

(a) preliminary AD duty rate of zero or de minimis
Preliminary Results are Not in Effect and May be AmendedThese preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD duty administrative reviews. The final results are currently due within 120 days of June 9, 2008 for pure magnesium, and within 120 days of June 6, 2008 for stainless steel plate in coils.
