AD: Vietnam Certain Frozen Fish Fillets
The International Trade Administration has issued the final results of its antidumping duty new shipper reviews of certain frozen fish fillets from Vietnam for the period of August 1, 2006 through January 31, 2007. In addition, the ITA is rescinding the new shipper review with respect to one company, Ngoc Thai Company, Ltd.

AD Cash Deposit Instructions for a Time of Entry on or after 06/30/08:

(a) For subject merchandise exported by Anvifish but not manufactured by Anvifish, and for subject merchandise exported by Vinh Quang/New Century but not manufactured by Vinh Quang/New Century, the cash deposit rate will continue to be the Vietnam-wide rate (i.e., 63.88 %); and
(b) For subject merchandise manufactured by Anvifish or Vinh Quang/New Century, but exported by any other party, the cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the exporter.
Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (08/01/06 - 01/31/07)
The ITA intends to issue assessment instructions to U.S. Customs and Border Protection 15 days after June 30, 2008.
For assessment purposes, where possible, the ITA calculated importer-specific per-unit duty assessment rates for subject merchandise from Vietnam. The ITA will instruct CBP to assess AD duties on all appropriate entries covered by these reviews.
