Respondents Requested Postponement Due to Complexity of Proceeding
The ITA states that the petitioners requested postponement of the preliminary determination because of the number of input factors, the complexity of the transactions to be investigated, and the difficulty in obtaining certain surrogate values.
Because there are no compelling reasons to deny the request, the ITA is postponing the deadline for the preliminary determination by 50 days to August 27, 2008 (from July 8, 2008).
The ITA states that the deadline for the final determination will continue to be 75 days after the date of the preliminary determination, unless extended.
