AD: China Bedroom Furniture and Preserved Mushrooms

The International Trade Administration has issued its preliminary results of the following antidumping duty new shipper reviews:

(a) preliminary AD duty rate of zero or de minimis

Preliminary Results are Not in Effect and May be Amended

These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD duty new shipper reviews. The final results are currently due within 90 days of May 23, 2008 for certain preserved mushrooms, and within 90 days of May 27, 2008 for wooden bedroom furniture.
