Respondents Requested Postponement Due to Complexity of Proceeding
The ITA states that the petitioners requested postponement of the preliminary determination because of the extraordinarily complicated nature of the proceeding and because additional time is needed to develop the record.
For the reasons identified by the petitioners, and because there are no compelling reasons to deny the request, the ITA is postponing the deadline for the preliminary determination by 50 days to August 14, 2008 (from June 25, 2008).
The ITA states that the deadline for the final determination will continue to be 75 days after the date of the preliminary determination, unless extended.
