AD: China Hand Trucks and Parts, Fresh Garlic

The International Trade Administration has issued its preliminary results of the following antidumping duty new shipper reviews:

Preliminary Results are Not in Effect and May be Amended

These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD duty new shipper reviews. The final results are currently due within 90 days of April 30, 2008 for hand trucks, and within 90 days of May 1, 2008 for fresh garlic.
