AD: China Hand Trucks and Parts, Fresh Garlic
The International Trade Administration has issued its preliminary results of the following antidumping duty new shipper reviews:

(a) preliminary AD duty rate of zero
Preliminary Results are Not in Effect and May be AmendedThese preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD duty new shipper reviews. The final results are currently due within 90 days of April 30, 2008 for hand trucks, and within 90 days of May 1, 2008 for fresh garlic.
1The period of review was extended from April 30, 2007 to May 17, 2007, to capture entries of two of the new shippers' merchandise into the U.S. market
