AD: Turkey Light-Walled Rectangular Pipe and Tube

Suspension of liquidation continues.Suspension of liquidation continues for light-walled rectangular pipe and tube from Turkey with a time of entry on or after January 30, 2008 (the date of publication of the preliminary determination in the Federal Register).
AD cash deposit requirements. U.S. Customs and Border Protection will require, at the same time as importers would normally deposit estimated duties on the subject merchandise, AD cash deposits at the rates listed below, for subject merchandise with a time of entry on or after January 30, 2008:
