Additional Time Requested to Investigate Respondents

The ITA states that the petitioner requested postponement of the preliminary determinations in order to allow the ITA additional time to do a thorough investigation of the respondents in these investigations.

Therefore, for the reasons identified above, and because there are no compelling reasons to deny the request, the ITA is postponing the deadline for the preliminary determinations by 50 days to July 30, 2008.

The ITA states that the deadline for the final determinations will continue to be 75 days after the date of the preliminary determinations, unless extended.
