AD: France Sodium Metal
The International Trade Administration has made a preliminary affirmative antidumping duty determination that sodium metal from France is being, or is likely to be, sold in the U.S. at less than fair value.

Suspension of liquidation. The ITA is directing U.S. Customs and Border Protection to suspend liquidation of all entries of sodium metal from France with a time of entry on or after May 28, 2008.
AD cash deposit or bond. The ITA will also instruct CBP to require a cash deposit or the posting of a bond at the AD rates listed below, for entries of sodium metal from France with a time of entry on or after May 28, 2008, as follows:

Deadline for Final Determination
The ITA states that it is postponing its final determination in this investigation to no later than 135 days after May 28, 2008, and is extending the provisional measures to not more than six months.
