ITA Preliminarily Determines SKF UK is Successor-in-Interest to SNFA UK

The ITA preliminarily determines that the asset transfer, relocation of SNFA Bearings Limited's production facilities, and degree of management integration demonstrate that SKF (UK) Ltd. is the successor-in-interest to pre-acquisition SNFA UK.

The ITA also preliminarily determines that SKF UK and SNFA UK are no longer entitled to separate treatment under the AD duty law.

Cash Deposits Currently Unchanged

The ITA notes that it will not change any cash deposit instructions on the merchandise subject to this changed circumstances review unless a change is determined to be warranted pursuant to the final results of this review.

(See ITA notice for more information, including the scope of the order, etc.

See ITT's Online Archives or 03/16/07 news, 07031635, for BP summary of the initiation of this changed circumstances review.)
