ITA Preliminarily Determines India Steel is Successor-in-Interest to Isibars
The ITA preliminarily determines that India Steel Works, Ltd. is the successor-in-interest to Isibars, Ltd. for purposes of determining AD liability in this proceeding.
ITA Preliminarily Determines an AD Margin for India Steel of Zero
As a result of its changed circumstances review, the ITA preliminarily determines that India Steel should be assigned the same AD duty treatment as Isibars (i.e. a 0.00% AD duty cash deposit rate.)
Final Results of Review
The ITA states that it will issue the final results of this changed circumstances review no later than 270 days after March 14, 2008.
