ITA Preliminarily Determines Myonic is Successor-in-Interest to MKL
The ITA preliminarily determines that myonic GmbH is the successor-in-interest to Miniaturkugellager Gesellschaft mit beschrnkter Haftung (MKL) and, as a result, should be accorded the same treatment previously accorded MKL with regard to the AD duty order on ball bearings and parts thereof from Germany.
Final Results of Review
The ITA states that it will issue the final results of this changed circumstances review no
later than 270 days after March 5, 2008 or within 45 days of May 7, 2008 if all parties to the proceeding agree to its preliminary finding.
