AD: China Certain Preserved Mushrooms

The International Trade Administration has issued its final results of the antidumping duty new shipper review of certain preserved mushrooms from China for the period of February 1, 2006 through January 31, 2007.

(a) The ITA has calculated a de minimis AD duty rate of 0.00% for subject merchandise exported by Ayecue International SLU and produced by Ayecue (Liaocheng) Foodstuff Co, Ltd.; therefore, no cash deposit will be required, but they will remain subject to the order;

(b) For subject merchandise exported by Ayecue International SLU but not manufactured by Ayecue (Liaocheng) Foodstuff Co., Ltd., the AD duty cash deposit rate will continue to be the China-wide entity rate (i.e., 198.63%);

(c) For subject merchandise manufactured by Ayecue (Liaocheng) Foodstuff Co., Ltd., but exported by any party other than Ayecue International SLU, the AD duty cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the exporter.

Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (02/01/06 - 01/31/07)

The ITA intends to issue assessment instructions directly to U.S. Customs and Border Protection 15 days after April 23, 2008.

The ITA will instruct CBP to assess AD duties on all appropriate entries covered by this review if any importer-specific (or customer-specific) assessment rate calculated in the final results of this review is above de minimis.
