CV: China Sodium Nitrite
The International Trade Administration has made a preliminary affirmative countervailing duty determination that countervailable subsidies are being provided to producers and exporters of sodium nitrite from China.

Suspension of liquidation. As a result,the ITA is directing U.S. Customs and Border Protection to suspend liquidation of all entries of sodium nitrite from China with a time of entry on or after April 11, 2008.
CV cash deposit. The ITA will also instruct CBP to require a cash deposit or bond at the CV rates listed below for entries of sodium nitrite from China with a time of entry on or after April 11, 2008 for the following producers/exporters:
