ITA to Determine if India Steel is Successor-in-Interest to Isibars

The changed circumstances review will determine whether India Steel Works, Ltd. is the successor-in-interest to Isibars, Ltd.

The ITA states that if the record demonstrates that, with respect to the production and sale of the subject merchandise, the new company operates as the same business entity as the predecessor company, the ITA may assign the new company the cash deposit rate of its predecessor.

The ITA will issue questionnaires requesting factual information for the review and will publish a notice of preliminary results of the AD duty changed circumstances review in the Federal Register.

The ITA will issue the final results of this review not later than 270 days after March 14, 2008.

(See ITA notice for more information, including the scope of the order, etc.)
