Additional Time to Evaluate Respondent's Questionnaire Response

The ITA states that the petitioner requested postponement of the preliminary determination in order to allow for additional time to evaluate the respondent's questionnaire response in this investigation.

Therefore, for the reasons identified above, and because there are no compelling reasons to deny the request, the ITA is postponing the deadline for the preliminary determination by 50 days to May 21, 2008.

The ITA states that the deadline for the final determination will continue to be 75 days after the date of the preliminary determination, unless extended.
