ITA to Determine if Myonic GmbH is Successor-in-Interest to MKL
The changed circumstances review will determine whether myonic GmbH is the successor-in-interest to Miniaturkugellager Gesellschaft mit beschrnkter Haftung (MKL) for purposes of determining AD duty liabilities subject to the order.
The ITA states that if the record demonstrates that, with respect to the production and sale of the subject merchandise, the new company operates as the same business entity as the predecessor company, the ITA may assign the new company the cash deposit rate of its predecessor.
The ITA will issue a questionnaire requesting factual information for the review and will publish a notice of preliminary results of the AD duty changed circumstances review in the Federal Register.
(See ITA notice for more information, including the scope of the order, etc.)
