AD: Mexico Light-Walled Rectangular Pipe and Tube
The International Trade Administration has issued a notice stating that it is postponing the final antidumping duty determination on light-walled rectangular pipe and tube from Mexico until no later than June 13, 2008.

Petitioner Requested Postponement of Final Determination, Extension of Provisional Measures
The ITA states that Maquilacero S.A. de C.V., one of the two mandatory respondents, requested postponement of the final determination and extension of the provisional measures period from four months to a period not longer than six months.
Thus, because the ITA's preliminary determination was affirmative, and the requesting exporter accounts for a significant portion of exports of the subject merchandise in this investigation and it requested the extension of the provisional measures, and no compelling reasons for denial exist, the ITA is postponing the final determination until no later than 135 days after the publication of the preliminary determination in the Federal Register (i.e., until no later than June 13, 2008). Suspension of liquidation will be extended accordingly.
