AD: China Certain Steel Nails
The International Trade Administration has amended its preliminary antidumping duty determination on certain steel nails from China in order to correct certain ministerial errors with respect to the AD duty margin calculation for Paslode Fasteners (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.

ITA sources state that the suspension of liquidation will continue for all entries of subject merchandise by Paslode and the separate rate respondents with a time of entry on or after January 23, 20081. The ITA states that the collection of bonds or cash deposits will be revised as indicated below for entries of subject merchandise with a time of entry on or after February 7, 2008:
