AD: Sodium Hexametaphosphate
The International Trade Administration has made a final affirmative antidumping duty determination that sodium hexametaphosphate (SHMP) from China is being, or is likely to be, sold in the U.S. at less than fair value.

Continuation of suspension of liquidation. The ITA will instruct CBP to continue to suspend liquidation of all imports of SHMP from China with a time of entry on or after September 14, 2007.
AD cash deposit/bond requirements. The ITA will also instruct CBP to continue to require an AD cash deposit or the posting of a bond at the AD rates specified below for entries of subject merchandise with a time of entry on or after February 4, 2008 (as the AD rates have changed from the preliminary determination):

1The ITA notes that since its preliminary determination, it has determined to apply total adverse facts available (AFA) to Hubei Xingfa as it did not demonstrate that it was entitled to a separate rate, and is therefore part of the China-wide entity.
