Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (07/01/06 - 06/30/06)

The ITA intends to issue assessment instructions to U.S. Customs and Border Protection 15 days after January 31, 2008.

The ITA has calculated importer- or customer-specific duty assessment rates for subject merchandise, which trade sources note may differ significantly from the cash deposit rates listed above.

The ITA adds that for entries of subject merchandise during the review period produced by companies included in these final results of review for which the review companies did not know their merchandise was destined for the U.S., the ITA will instruct CBP to liquidate unreviewed entries at the all-others rate if there is no rate for the intermediate company(ies) involved in the transaction.
