Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (12/01/05 - 11/30/06)
The ITA intends to issue appropriate assessment instructions directly to U.S. Customs and Border Protection 15 days after January 28, 2008.
The ITA states that because it is relying on total adverse facts available (AFA) to establish Sunflag's AD margin, it will instruct CBP to apply an AD margin of 48.80% to all entries of subject merchandise during the review period that were produced and exported by Sunflag.
(See ITA notice for more information, including the scope of the order, etc. See ITT's Online Archives or 12/05/07 news, 07120555, for BP summary of the preliminary results of this AD duty new shipper review.)
