Targeted dumping. The ITA has preliminarily accepted an allegation of targeted dumping in this investigation, and intends to develop a new framework for targeted dumping allegations and analyses in the context of this proceeding and to apply it in time for parties to comment before the final determination. (See ITT’s Online Archives or 11/29/07 and 10/26/07 news, (Ref: 07112925) and (Ref: 07102625), for BP summaries of two ITA notices on this issue.)
