Additional Time Requested to Investigate Respondents
The ITA states that the petitioner, Tronox, LLC, requested postponement of the preliminary determination in order to allow the ITA additional time to do a thorough investigation of the respondents in these investigations.
Therefore, for the reasons identified above, and because there are no compelling reasons to deny the request, the ITA is postponing the deadline for the preliminary determination by fifty days to March 19, 2008.
The ITA states that the deadline for the final determination will continue to be 75 days after the date of the preliminary determination, unless extended.
