Postponement to Allow Time to Prepare and Conduct Verification

Paras Intermediates Pvt. Ltd., the only respondent that received a calculated rate in the preliminary determination of this investigation, requested postponement of the final determination to allow sufficient time to prepare for verification and to ensure the ITA adequate time to conduct its verification, which was originally scheduled at a time coinciding with an important Indian holiday.

Therefore, for the reasons identified above, and because there are no compelling reasons to deny the request, the ITA is postponing the final determination by 135 days to March 21, 2008.
