AD: China Glycine
The International Trade Administration has issued the final results of its antidumping duty administrative review of glycine from China for the period of March 1, 2005 through February 28, 2006.

AD Cash Deposit Instructions for a Time of Entry on or after 10/17/07:

(a) For previously reviewed or investigated exporters not listed above that have separate rates, the AD duty cash deposit rate will continue to be the exporter-specific rate published for the most recent period;
(b) For all China exporters of subject merchandise, which have not been found to be entitled to a separate rate, the AD duty cash deposit rate will be the China-wide entity rate of 155.89%;
(c) For all non-China exporters of subject merchandise that have not received their own rate, the AD duty cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the China exporter that supplied that non-China exporter.
Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (03/01/05 - 02/28/06)
The ITA states that it intends to issue assessment instructions to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) 15 days after October 17, 2007.
The ITA will calculate importer-specific (or customer) ad valorem duty assessment rates for subject merchandise, which trade sources note may differ significantly from the cash deposit rates listed above.
