AD: China Tapered Roller Bearings and Parts
The International Trade Administration has issued its final results of the antidumping duty administrative review of tapered roller bearings and parts thereof, finished or unfinished, from China for the period of June 1, 2005 through May 31, 2006.

(a) The AD duty cash deposit rate for previously investigated or reviewed China and non-China exporters who received a separate rate in a prior segment of the proceeding (which were not reviewed in this segment of the proceeding) will continue to be the rate assigned in that segment of the proceeding;
(b) The AD duty cash deposit rate for all China exporters of subject merchandise that have not been found to be entitled to a separate rate, the AD duty cash deposit rate will be the China-wide entity rate of 60.95%; and
(c) The AD duty cash deposit rate for all non-China exporters of subject merchandise which have not received their own rate, will be the rate applicable to the China exporters that supplied that non-China exporter.

Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (06/01/05 - 05/31/06)
The ITA states that it intends to issue assessment instructions to U.S. Customs and Border Protection 15 days after October 4, 2007.
