AD: Korea Polyethylene Terephthalate Film, Sheet, and Strip
The International Trade Administration has issued preliminary results of an antidumping duty changed circumstances review of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film, sheet, and strip from Korea and preliminary reinstatement of Kolon Industries, Inc. in the AD duty order.

ITA Preliminarily Reinstates AD Duty Order for Kolon
The ITA preliminarily determines that Kolon has sold PET film at less than normal value and that the AD duty order on PET film from Korea should be reinstated with respect to PET film manufactured and exported by Kolon. Therefore, the ITA is preliminarily reinstating Kolon in the AD duty order.
AD Cash Deposit, Liquidation Instructions for Kolon Effective October 2
The ITA will require a cash deposit of 6.00% for all shipments of the subject merchandise manufactured and produced by Kolon with a time of entry on or after October 2, 2007. The ITA will also instruct CBP to suspend liquidation of all entries of subject merchandise manufactured and exported by Kolon with a time of entry on or after October 2, 2007.
The ITA intends to issues the final results of this AD duty changed circumstances review within 120 days of October 2, 2007.
