AD: China Certain Frozen Warmwater Shrimp
The International Trade Administration has issued its final results of the antidumping duty administrative review of certain frozen warmwater shrimp from China for the period of July 16, 2004 through January 31, 2006.

The China-wide entity includes Shantou Red Garden Foodstuff/Shantou Red Garden Food Processing Co. (collectively, Red Garden) and Meizhou Aquatic Products Quick-Frozen Industry Co., Ltd. (Meizhou).
(a) For China exporters who received a separate rate in a prior segment of the proceeding, but were not reviewed in this review, the AD duty cash deposit rate will continue to be the rate assigned in that segment of the proceeding;
(b) For all other China exporters of subject merchandise which have not been found to be entitled to a separate rate (including Red Garden and Meizhou), the AD duty cash deposit rate will be the China-wide entity rate of 112.81%; and
(c) For all non-China exporters of subject merchandise, the AD duty cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the China exporter that supplied that exporter.
Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (07/16/04 - 01/31/06)
The ITA states that it intends to issue assessment instructions to U.S. Customs and Border Protection 15 days after September 12, 2007.
The ITA has calculated importer-specific duty assessment rates for subject merchandise, which trade sources note may differ significantly from the cash deposit rates listed above.
