The International Trade Administration has initiated and is issuing its preliminary results of an antidumping duty changed circumstances review of orange juice from Brazil.

The ITA is initiating and issuing preliminary results of this changed circumstances review based on information received by the ITA from Fischer S/A&9472;Agroindustria (Fischer Agroindustria).

ITA Preliminarily Determines Fischer Comercio is Successor-in-Interest

The ITA preliminarily determines that Fischer S.A. Comercio, Industria and Agricultura (Fischer Comercio) is the successor-in-interest to Fischer Agroindustria.

If these preliminary results are adopted in the final results of this changed circumstances review, the ITA will instruct CBP to suspend shipments of subject merchandise made by Fischer Comercio at Fischer Agroindustria's cash deposit rate (i.e., 12.46%).

The ITA will issue the final results of its review no later than 270 days after September 5, 2007, or within 45 days if all parties to the proceeding agree to the outcome of the review.
