AD: China Heavy Forged Hand Tools

The International Trade Administration has issued the final results of its antidumping duty administrative review of heavy forged hand tools, finished or unfinished, with or without handles from China for the period of February 1, 2005 through January 31, 2006.

AD Cash Deposit Instructions for a Time of Entry on or after 09/11/07:

(a) For previously-reviewed China and non-China exporters with separate rates, the AD duty cash deposit rate will be the company-specific rate established for the most recent period;

(b) For all other China exporters (including the exporters named as part of the China-wide entity), the AD duty cash deposit rates will be the China-wide rates established in the final results of this review; and

(c) For all other non-China exporters of the subject merchandise, the AD duty cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the China exporter that supplied that non-China exporter.

Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (02/01/05 - 01/31/06)

The ITA states that it will issue appropriate assessment instructions directly to U.S. Customs and Border Protection within 15 days of September 11, 2007.

The ITA states that it will direct CBP to assess the assessment rates against the CBP values for the subject merchandise on each of the exporter's entries during the review period.
