AD: Spain Stainless Steel Bar
The International Trade Administration has issued its final results of the antidumping duty administrative review of stainless steel bar from Spain for the period of March 1, 2005 through February 28, 2006.

(a) For previously investigated companies not listed above, the AD duty cash deposit rate will continue to be the company-specific rate published for the most recent period;
(b) If the exporter is not a firm covered in this review, a previous review, or the original AD investigation, but the manufacturer is, the AD duty cash deposit rate will be the rate established for the most recent period for the manufacturer of the merchandise;
(c) The AD duty cash deposit rate for all other manufacturers or exporters will continue to be 25.77%, which is the "all-others" rate established in the AD investigation.
Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (03/01/05 - 02/28/06)
The ITA states that it intends to issue assessment instructions to U.S. Customs and Border Protection 15 days after August 2, 2007.
The ITA adds that because it is relying on total adverse facts available (AFA) to establish Sidenor's dumping margin, it will instruct CBP to apply a dumping margin of 62.85% to all entries of subject merchandise during the period of review produced and/or exported by Sidenor.
