Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (03/01/05 - 02/28/06)
The ITA states that it will issue appropriate assessment instructions directly to U.S. Customs and Border Protection 15 days after July 17, 2007. The ITA notes that it calculated an importer-specific assessment rate for subject merchandise.
The ITA adds that for entries of subject merchandise during the review period produced by reviewed companies for which these companies did not know their merchandise was destined for the U.S., the ITA will instruct CBP to liquidate unreviewed entries at the "all-others" rate if there is no rate for the intermediate company(ies) involved in the transaction.
