AD: China Non-Malleable Cast Iron Pipe Fittings

The International Trade Administration has issued its final results of the antidumping duty administrative review of non-malleable cast iron pipe fittings from China for the period of April 1, 2005 through March 31, 2006.

AD Cash Deposit Instructions for a Time of Entry on or after 07/13/07:

(a) For previously investigated companies not listed above, which received a separate rate in a prior segment of the proceeding, the AD duty cash deposit rate will continue to be the company-specific rate published for the most recent period;

(b) The AD duty cash deposit rate for all other China exporters is the current China-wide entity rate of 75.50%; and

(c) The AD duty cash deposit rate for all non-China exporters, which have not received their own rate, will be the rate applicable to the China exporter that supplied that non-China exporter.

1The China-wide entity includes the reviewed companies Myland Industrial Co., Ltd. (Myland) and Buxin Myland (Foundry) Ltd. (Buxin), as these companies were determined to not qualify for a separate rate.

Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (04/01/05 - 03/31/06)

The ITA states that it intends to issue assessment instructions to U.S. Customs and Border Protection 15 days after July 13, 2007.

The ITA will instruct CBP to liquidate entries manufactured or exported by the China-wide entity, Myland and Buxin, according to the AFA rate listed above.
