Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (11/01/04 - 10/31/05)
The ITA states that it intends to issue assessment instructions to U.S. Customs and Border Protection 15 days after May 17, 2007.
Additionally, the ITA calculated importer-specific duty assessment rates for subject merchandise, which trade sources note may differ significantly from the cash deposit rate listed above (which is a weighted average).
The ITA adds that for entries of subject merchandise during the review period produced by companies included in these final results of review for which the reviewed companies did not know their merchandise was destined for the U.S., the ITA will instruct CBP to liquidate unreviewed entries at the "all-others" rate if there is no rate for the intermediate company(ies) involved in the transaction.
