1According to the ITA, the China-wide entity includes respondents Myland Industrial Co., Ltd. (Myland) and Buxin Myland (Foundry) Ltd. (Buxin), which failed to cooperate to the best of their ability and failed to demonstrate their eligibility for a separate rate.
Preliminary Results are Not in Effect and May be AmendedThese preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD duty administrative reviews, which are currently due within 120 days of April 12, 2007 for glycine from China, and within 120 days of April 27, 2007 for non-malleable cast iron pipe fittings from China.
