AD: Argentina Lemon Juice
The International Trade Administration has made a preliminary affirmative antidumping duty determination that lemon juice from Argentina is being, or is likely to be, sold in the U.S. at less than fair value.

Preliminary critical circumstances, suspension of liquidation, cash deposit. The ITA has preliminarily determined that critical circumstances exist for all imports of lemon juice produced in and exported from Argentina; therefore, the ITA will direct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to suspend liquidation of entries of subject merchandise with a time of entry on or after 90 days prior to April 26, 2007.
The ITA will also instruct CBP to require a cash deposit or the posting of a bond at the AD rates (equal to the weighted-average AD margins) listed below, for entries of subject merchandise from Argentina for the following exporters/producers:

Final AD Duty Determination
The ITA states that it will make its final AD duty determination for subject merchandise from Argentina no later than 75 days after April 26, 2007.
