The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued its preliminary results of the following antidumping (AD) duty administrative reviews:

1The ITA states that it has preliminary determined to apply an adverse facts available (AFA) rate to Sidenor because it failed to respond to certain requests for information.

2The ITA has preliminarily determined that the China-wide entity includes respondents Peer Bearing Company-Changshan (CPZ) and Yantai Timken Company Limited (Yantai).

3The ITA notes that because it has preliminarily determined that respondents CPZ and Yantai are part of the China-wide entity, the China-wide entity rate is now under review.

Preliminary Results are Not in Effect and May be Amended

These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD duty administrative reviews, which are currently due within 120 days of March 28, 2007 for Spain and within 120 days of March 26, 2007 for China.
