Ivaco Rolling Mills 2004 L.P., Sivaco Ontario are successors-in-interest. The ITA has determined, based on the information provided by Ivaco Rolling Mills 2004 L.P., and Sivaco Ontario, a division of Sivaco Wire Group 2004 L.P., (collectively, Ivaco), and the fact that the ITA did not receive any comments during the comment period following the preliminary results of this review, that (1) Ivaco Rolling Mills 2004 L.P. is the successor-in-interest to Ivaco Rolling Mills L.P.; and (2) Sivaco Ontario, a division of Sivaco Wire Group 2004 L.P., is the successor-in-interest to Ivaco Inc. for AD duty cash deposit purposes.

Two companies receive 3.08% AD duty rate for entries of subject merchandise. As a result, the ITA determined that Ivaco Rolling Mills 2004 L.P. and Sivaco Ontario should receive the same AD duty treatment with respect to subject merchandise from Canada as Ivaco Rolling Mills L.P. and Ivaco Inc. as of March 30, 2007.

The ITA states that it will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to suspend liquidation of all shipments of the subject merchandise produced and exported by Ivaco with a time of entry on or after March 30, 2007, and apply an AD duty cash deposit rate of 3.08% (i.e., Ivaco Rolling Mills L.P. and Ivaco Inc.'s cash deposit rate). This deposit rate shall remain in effect until publication of the final results of the ongoing administrative review in which Ivaco is participating.

(See ITA's notice for additional information including the scope of the order, etc. See ITT's Online Archives or 12/26/06 news, 06122635, for BP summary of the preliminary results of this AD duty changed circumstances review.)
