CV: Korea Stainless Steel Sheet and Strip in Coils
The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued the final results of its countervailing (CV) duty changed circumstances review of stainless steel sheet and strip in coils from Korea.

Hyundai is successor-in-interest to INI. The ITA has determined that Hyundai Steel Company (Hyundai) is the successor-in-interest to INI Steel Company (INI).
The ITA notes that it did not receive any comments on the preliminary results of this CV duty changed circumstances review.
Hyundai receives 0.54% CV duty rate for entries of subject merchandise. The ITA states that INI's current CV duty cash deposit rate of 0.54% shall be applied to entries of subject merchandise made by Hyundai.
The ITA adds that the CV duty cash deposit rate of 0.54% shall be applicable to entries of subject merchandise made by Hyundai on or after March 19, 2007.
