AD: China Polyethylene Retail Carrier Bags

The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued its final results of the antidumping (AD) duty administrative review of polyethylene retail carrier bags from China for the period of January 26, 2004 through July 31, 2005.

AD Cash Deposit Instructions for a Time of Entry on or after 03/19/07:

(a) For previously reviewed or investigated companies not listed above that have a separate rate, the AD duty cash deposit rate will continue to be the company-specific rate published for the most recent period;

(b) The AD duty cash deposit rate for all other China exporters will be 77.57%, the current China-wide entity rate; and

(c) The AD duty cash deposit rate for all non-China exporters will be the rate applicable to the China exporter that supplied that exporter.

Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (01/26/04 - 07/31/05)

The ITA states that it intends to issue assessment instructions to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) 15 days after March 19, 2007.
