AD: Russia Solid Urea

The International Trade Administration (ITA) has initiated a new shipper review for the antidumping (AD) duty order on solid urea from Russia with respect to the following exporter/producer and review period:

Importers Must Continue to Post a Cash Deposit of Estimated AD Duties

The ITA states that importers of subject merchandise manufactured and exported by Eurochem must continue to pay a cash deposit of estimated AD duties on each entry of subject merchandise at the current "all-others" rate of 68.26%, as the new shipper bonding option is no longer available.

Preliminary Results and Final Results

The ITA states that it intends to issue the preliminary results of this review no later than 180 days from February 27, 2007, and the final results no later than 270 days from February 27, 2007.
