Drawback Rulings Terminated as No Claims Filed for More Than Five Years
According to CBP, these drawback rulings have been reviewed by CBP's Chicago drawback office, which has determined that no claim or certificate of manufacture or delivery has been filed for more than 5 years.
CBP indicates that the termination date for these rulings is February 7, 2007.
