The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued its final results of the countervailing (CV) duty administrative review of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film, sheet, and strip from India for the period of January 1, 2004 through December 31, 2004.

(a) The CV duty cash deposit rate that will be applied to non-reviewed companies covered by this order will be the rate for that company established in the CV investigation.
(b) The "all others" rate of 20.40% shall apply to all non-reviewed companies until a review of a company assigned this rate is requested.
1The ITA has found that one subsidy program originally covered in this review, the 80HHC Tax Exemption program, was terminated, and the ITA therefore includes the subsidy rates from this program in the assessment rates, which are 14.28% (Jindal) and 9.20% (Polyplex), but excludes them from the cash deposit rate.
Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (01/01/04-12/31/04)
The ITA states that it will issue appropriate assessment instructions for subject merchandise directly to CBP 15 days after February 12, 2007.
