AD: China Honey and Hand Trucks and Certain Parts Thereof
The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued its preliminary results of the following antidumping (AD) duty administrative and new shipper reviews:

1AD duty new shipper review
2ITA sources note that the review period listed in its initiation notice for the new shipper review for Since Hardware is incorrect. The correct review period is 12/01/04-11/30/05.
3The ITA notes that it is rescinding the administrative review for Since Hardware because it is examining Since Hardware's sale in the context of this new shipper review.
4The ITA has preliminarily determined that Qingdao Future Tool, Inc. (Future Tool) and Shandong Machinery I&E Group Corp. (Shandong Machinery) are part of the China-wide entity.
Preliminary Results are Not in Effect and May be Amended
These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD duty administrative and new shipper reviews, which are currently due within 90 days of January 3, 2007 for honey from China and within 120 days of January 9, 2007 for hand trucks and certain parts thereof from China.
