Period for Preliminary Determination Extended at Petitioner's Request

According to the ITA, on December 19, 2006, petitioner NewPage Corporation submitted letters requesting that the ITA postpone the preliminary determinations of the CV duty investigations on coated free sheet paper from Indonesia, China and Korea by 65 days.

The ITA states that it may extend the period for reaching a preliminary determination in a CV duty investigation if the petitioner makes timely request for an extension. Accordingly, the ITA is extending the due date for preliminary determinations by 65 days to no later than March 30, 2007.
