AD: Netherlands Certain Hot-Rolled Carbon Steel Flat Products and China Fresh Garlic

The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued its preliminary results of the following antidumping (AD) duty administrative and new shipper reviews:

AD duty new shipper review

2Xuzhou Simple has a concurrent administrative and new shipper review. The ITA has preliminary determined that the AD margin in the new shipper review will be the margin also applicable in the administrative review.

3The China-wide entity includes Zhangqui Qingyuan Vegetable Co., Ltd. (Qingyuan).

Preliminary Results Are Not in Effect and May be Amended

These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD duty administrative and new shipper reviews, which are currently due within 120 days of December 11, 2006.
