CBP has posted to its Web site a notice announcing that the 2007 tariff-rate quota (TRQ) on blue-mold cheese provided for in HTS Chapter 4, Additional U.S. Note (AUSN) 17 will open on Tuesday, January 2, 20071. CBP notes that products described in HTS Chapter 4, AUSN 17 are subject to agriculture licensing. The below listed countries have the following low-duty access amounts:

2. 2007 TRQ on Beef Opens January 2, 20071

CBP has posted to its Web site a notice announcing that the 2007 TRQ on beef provided for in HTS Chapter 2, AUSN 3 will open on Tuesday, January 2, 20071 with the below-listed countries having the following low-duty access amounts:

3. 2007 Preliminary TRQ on Tuna and Skipjack Opens January 2, 20071

CBP has posted to its Web site a notice announcing a preliminary low-duty TRQ limit of 19,400,855 kg for tuna and skipjack, in airtight containers, not in oil, in containers, weighing with their contents not over 7 kg each.

According to CBP, the low-duty TRQ will open Tuesday, January 2, 20071 at 12 p.m. EST, or its equivalent in other time zones with the high-duty tariff numbers and rates in effect for all entry/entry summaries presented at opening (as the preliminary low-duty TRQ is expected to oversubscribe at opening.)

CBP states that the final low-duty TRQ limit will be provided to CBP by the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) in March 2007. CBP will then issue proration and liquidation instructions to the field and trade. CBP has posted to its Web site a notice announcing that the 2007 TRQ on milk or cream, condensed or evaporated, provided for in HTS Chapter 4, AUSN 11 will open on Tuesday, January 2, 20071 at 12 p.m. EST, or its equivalent in other time zones. The aggregate low-duty quantity is 6,857,300 kg with the below-listed countries having the following minimum access amounts:

CBP has posted to its Web site a notice announcing that the 2007 TRQ on olives provided for in HTS Chapter 7, AUSN 5; HTS Chapter 20, AUSN 4; and headings in HTS Chapter 20 will open Tuesday, January 2, 20071 at 12 p.m. EST, or its equivalent in other time zones. The below-listed HTS numbers will have the following restraint levels:

6. Weekly TRQ/TPL Commodity Report as of December 18, 2006

CBP has issued its weekly tariff rate quota (TRQ)/tariff preference level (TPL) commodity report as of December 18, 2006. This report includes TRQs on various products such as beef, tuna, sugar, dairy products, peanuts, cotton, cocoa powder, tobacco, certain BFTA, CAFTA-DR, JFTA, MFTA, NAFTA, SFTA, UAFTA (AFTA) and UCFTA (Chile FTA) non-textile TRQs, etc. Each report also includes the AGOA, ATPDEA, BFTA, CAFTA-DR, CBTPA, MFTA, NAFTA, SFTA, and UCFTA (Chile FTA) TPLs and TRQs for qualifying apparel and/or other textile articles, the TRQs on worsted wool fabrics, etc. (CBP's weekly TRQ/TPL commodity report, dated 12/18/06, available at http://www.cbp.gov/xp/cgov/import/textiles_and_quotas/commodity/)
