AD: Argentina Honey and China Certain Cased Pencils
The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued its preliminary results of the following antidumping (AD) duty administrative and new shipper reviews:

AD duty new shipper review
2The ITA has determined that Patagonik and CSR are affiliated, and that the two companies should be treated as a single entity for the purposes of this review and should receive a single AD duty rate.
3The ITA preliminarily determines that the numerous producers in this case make it impracticable to apply a combination rate.
4The ITA states that for this review, it considers CFP, China First Pencil Fang Zheng Co., Shanghai First Writing Instrument Co, Ltd., Shanghai Great Wall Pencil Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Three Star Stationary Industry Corp. (Three Star) to constitute a single entity.

Preliminary Results Are Not in Effect and May be Amended
These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD duty administrative and new shipper reviews, which are currently due within 120 days of November 24, 2006 (Argentina) and within 120 days of December 7, 2006 (China).
