CV: Iran Certain In-Shell Roasted Pistachios

The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued its final results of the countervailing (CV) duty administrative review of certain in-shell roasted pistachios from Iran for the period of January 1, 2004 through December 31, 2004.

(a) If the exporter is not a firm covered in this review, a prior review, or the original CV duty investigation, but the producer is, the CV duty cash deposit rate will be the rate established for the most recent period for the producer of the merchandise;

(b) If neither the exporter nor the producer is a firm covered in this review, a prior review, or the original CV investigation, the CV duty cash deposit rate will continue to be 317.89%, the all-others rate established in the CV investigation.

Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (01/01/04-12/31/04)

The ITA states that it will issue appropriate assessment instructions for subject merchandise directly to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) within 15 days of November 13, 2006.
